FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE COMPETITION.
SEE PAGE SIX.
Any club still in the Cayzer Shield, League Cup or Tom Gerraghty
Memorial Trophy please be aware of cup rule 2:
2. Qualification of Players
(A) A player for the purposes of these competitions must have
been duly registered seven days previous to playing in any competitions.
All such registrations must have been on or before the 1st March
in the current season.

players must have played in not less than four Chester & District

Referee Course
Please note that a course for new referees starts on Monday 14th
April 2008 at 19.30 – 21.30 in the County Lounge of the
County Offices Sports Club in Upton. The course then commences
on Sunday 20th and 27th April between 09.30 & 16.30 in the
boardroom of the County Offices Sports Club in Upton.
The new course now incorporates a Child Protection course and
a CRB check and once it has been completed and the required numbers
of games have been officiated you are refunded up to 33% of your
course fee. Once again all clubs are requested to send along at
least one representative. This is to ensure the future of YOUR
league. We are currently in a situation where referees are in
very short supply. We, as a league, are asking for the support
of our clubs to help us address this problem. Most teams have
players who are coming to the end of their playing careers and
who wish to stay involved with the game. These very people could
be the future of our league. If you, or anyone that you know is
interested, then please put you’re your name forward for
the course. For further details please contact either Dave Powell
on 01244 322272 or Paul Graham on 01244 370116. Your support is
urgently required.
